Under 40 CFR 112, owners and operators of ASTs which have a capacity greater than 1,320 gallons of oil must develop and implement an SPCC plan. A unique and individual SPCC plan must be developed for each applicable site including provisions for spill prevention, spill response, and SPCC training.
